For the past eight years, on the last Thursday of each month from February through October, Keith Sykes has hosted a Songwriters Showcase at The Black Diamond on world-famous Beale Street in Memphis, Tennessee.

Keith has brought in some of the very best songwriters in the world
to share their craft and stories with standing-room-only audiences. Each showcase offers a chance to really get to enjoy the true art of a song in an intimate atmosphere.

Now you can even recapture some of the best performances of the past few years with the Songwriters on Beale St. CD (see our “Merchandise” section).

Unfortunately, as of January 1, 2002, the Black Diamond shut down operations as a night club causing a delay in starting up the 2002 season for Songwriter's Showcases.

**UPDATE**
We're now proud to announce that the Gibson Lounge at the Gibson Factory will serve as our new home for fun evenings of having fantastic songwriter's share the mic. The first showcase of the year was held on Thursday, April 25th, and was a fantastic show with world class guest songwriters Richard Leigh and Roger Cook.
